How to process and close 7-12 buyers each month?
Real estate buyers are slowly coming back out to get their fair share for their new homes. If you are a top producing agent, then you know what to do. If your not, or you are looking for a bullet proof system to close all this new business. Then keep on reading.
Here are some of the top things that strong producers are doing to generate 5 to 6 closings per month with their new buyers.
Using a New Buyer Protocol
- Enter the buyer into your CRM and send them a welcome email.
- Call them and tell them you have sent the welcome and and for them to check SPAM- ensure that they get your welcome email.
- Set up a listing alert from your CRM to send listings that the buyer wants to see.
- Tell the new buyer that it is best to only use your website to search, because the others are not updated and homes have been sold years ago.
- Let them know to put a heart (favorite) on the listings that they like on your website. Or screen shot all the properties they like and text them to you.
Once Buyer is ready to go out to see homes
- Set up an MLS alert for them. Transforming them to your next level.
- Let them know that with your emails from the MLS they can not search for homes. So, if they wanted to search for properties. Remember to go back to your website or your app for your website.
- Let them know to put a heart (favorite) on the listings that they like. Or screen shot all the properties they like and text them to you.
- Then you set the showings and Go and SELL.
