How do we motivate the motivator? A good place to begin is to identify the motivator. Once we discover this, we can work on gaining the buy-in, making the plan, charting the course, tracking the progress, and defining the results for more success. Guess what? The motivator is you. It is you who gets up in the morning and scans to see where you need to take your mind and body for the day at hand. Your ability to make this happen helps you in achieving your high producing plan for the day. Take the first step and the rest will follow. Practice on making this routine a part of the new you. Go on then, scan, see what is needed, and just move towards it. Get it done.
